Placement Cell of Balaji College of Education understands the intricacies of human resource management and therefore coordinates with different educational institutions and tries to provide placement for students.

1. Our Placement Cell works towards bridging the gap between the requirements in various schools and students.

2. The networking of our institution’s placement cell establishes a lasting relationship with the schools, coaching centres, and NGO’s.

3. The career centre also provides for personal grooming, personal support, and counseling in seeking jobs in good schools.

4. The centre organizes workshops to equip students for preparing curriculum vitae and appearing for interviews.

5. Personal guidance is given to the student- teachers to facilitate them to take up the most fitting job offer.
